Our take

The Logitech Pebble Keys 2 K380s is a slim, quiet Bluetooth keyboard that switches between devices at the touch of a button and runs for years on a pair of AAA batteries. It's great for laptops, tablets and phones.

Typing feel

The K380s has round, low-profile keys with a soft, quiet press. They take a short while to get used to if you're coming from square keys, but they're comfortable for emails, documents and messaging, and quiet enough for libraries, trains and shared offices.

Devices and compatibility

Easy-Switch keys let you jump between up to three devices, such as a laptop, tablet and phone. It works with Windows, macOS, iPadOS, iOS, ChromeOS and Android, and automatically adapts keyboard shortcuts to each. In Logitech's Options+ app you can customise the top row of keys.

It connects by Bluetooth, or with Logitech's Bolt USB receiver, sold separately.

Battery and portability

Two AAA batteries last up to three years, so you'll rarely think about power. The K380s is compact, slim and weighs just 415g with batteries, easy to slip into a bag. There's no backlighting.

Who should buy it

Buy the Pebble Keys 2 K380s for a cheap, portable keyboard for a tablet, laptop or home office. For long days of typing at a desk, the full-size MX Keys S is more comfortable.
